Hendrik Deckers - Director, Chief Executive Close Partners bvba
Hendrik is a founder of Close Partners, Chief Executive of Close Partners bvba (the Benelux subsidiary) and a Director of Close Partners International Limited.
Hendrik began his career as a scientific researcher. After 3 years he joined the SAS Institute, a market leader in software solutions for data warehousing, data mining and business intelligence. After completing successful projects in client training, client support and software solutions implementation, he concentrated on strategic sales support and product management and, ultimately, as strategy manager at SAS Institute Benelux.
From 2000 to 2001, immediately prior to co-founding Close Partners, Hendrik ran the pan-European market research, marketing communications and lead generation lines of business for ExpertEyes, the European business accelerator that was acquired by GorillaPark.
Hendrik holds degrees in Biology, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Leuven, Belgium. He is fluent in English, Dutch and French.
